Taxes and filing for all 50 states

Washington and Georgia are fully built today (calculation and filing forms), and Florida, Texas, California, Oregon, Illinois, New York, Wyoming, South Dakota, Alaska, Nevada, Tennessee, New Hampshire, Arizona, Indiana, North Dakota, North Carolina, Utah, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Colorado, Kentucky, Idaho, Iowa, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, Virginia, Wisconsin, Alabama, Arkansas, Nebraska, Montana, Ohio, New Mexico, West Virginia, Vermont, Maine, Connecticut, Delaware and Hawaii are live for payroll tax calculation. Every other state is on the roadmap — which state we build next is shaped directly by what applicants and customers ask for.

●

Per-state automatic filing add-on

As new states ship, tax calculation for them is included in Pro the same way WA, GA, FL, TX, CA, OR, IL, NY, WY, SD, AK, NV, TN, NH, AZ, IN, ND, NC, UT, MI, PA and CO are today — but full filing support (forms and wage-file exports) for each additional state beyond WA/GA is planned as a separate, per-state add-on.

●

Automatic tax filing and payment

PayrollZero calculates what's owed and prepares the forms today; having it actually file and pay the government on your behalf is the headline Pro automation feature still in development.

●

Direct deposit

PayrollZero securely collects employee bank details today, but actually initiating the ACH transfer to pay them is still on the roadmap — for now, use the collected bank info with your own bank's transfer.
